My Very Spoilery Star Wars the Last Jedi Review

First of all, no explanation of Snoke. I had a mixed bag feelings for Luke Skywalker. Overall, the look and attitude was there.. But the reasoning and backstory of him after RotJ and onward were questionable. Luke tried to kill Ben Solo because he sensed the darkness within him. Instead of reasoning with young Ben he thought it was a good idea to slice him in half while he was sleeping. Luke saved his own father by showing him the Light side of the force. Why didn't he just talk Ben out of it instead? Very inconsistent. Rey had "NOBODY" parents. Yes, that's right. Nothing on their parents other than them selling her off because they were junkies and needed quick credits. Now, I'll give them a benefit of the doubt.. I wonder if it's still kept under wraps for later episodes. If they were simply nobodies then why didn't they cast her parents in the Force Awakens? In the Force Awakens you only get a glimpse of their ship and never saw their identiti

My Top Ten Favorite Games of 2017

10.  Comedy Night (PC) Comedy Night is a game I almost didn't recommend because it felt more like a heavily relied social game experiment. You can sing, debate, and obviously make some jokes to spit on the mic with other users. Game exploded at launch and the developer is highly active on the game. Great to fucking around with people and just socialize in. On top of that it's cheap. 9.  Sky Rogue  (PC) Sky Rogue is your basic flight sim arcade game however has some very attractive low-poly visuals and procedurally generated missions. On top of that, has Steam Workshop to download other peoples aircrafts. I've downloaded Raiden aircrafts to the X-Wing. Great replay value at a decent price. Just got out of Early Access on Steam too. 8.  Iron Crypticle  (PC) A simple arcade game that's reminiscent of Robotron and Smash TV. You're an armored hero going through procedurally generated dungeons destroying an onslaught of baddie. The visuals and

Want to revoke EA's Star War's License? Sign this Massive Petition

My face when I realized there's thousands of people who signed it already For those of you who are unaware, In 2013 EA has partnered with Disney to develop Star Wars video games. However, EA's newest Star Wars game Battlefront II has hit a HUEG-MONGOUS controversy where their entire content of progression has heavily relied on pay to win mechanics. It was more popularized on /r/StarWarsBattlefront when they realized you can become better at someone else in the game by buying loot crates in-game with real cash. You can however earn credits by playing but compared to purchasing loot crates in the game it will be a lot quicker for people who purchased it which isn't fair. If Battlefront 2 was free I'd be ok with it but the game has a massive 60 dollar pricetag. Now they're taking it a step further by introducing a change.org petition and as of this writing they're at 65K. If you want revoke EA's license (which I hope you do) please do so over here.

League of Legends has a ton of K-Pop references

For those of you who live under a rock League of Legends is one of the worlds largest and most popular multiplayer PC games at the moment. It is backed up by a strong esports community and is especially known to have the best players from Korea. With that being said though, it would be a no-brainer to include K-Pop references in League of Legends. Certain Champions have various skins you can purchase and included with them is their own exclusive dances which ties to a lot of K-Pop music videos. Check out the video below.

High Hell - Review

High Hell is a very short arcade shooter that's reminiscent of Hotline Miami in a FPS settings with a rather unique artstyle to it. Gameplay is super basic with super basic objectives. Not much of a story other than trying to kill off all the enemies and following the objective as fast as possible. This game is pretty good at getting to the point of the gameplay because that's simply what this game is. It's an arcade shooter nothing more, nothing less. There's only 20 levels and I already beaten this game. Took me 4 hours. Does the game suck? Far from it. Can it get boring? Yes, it can be at times. The only longevity that you'll get from this game is the speedrunning aspects. There is also a leaderboard feature for this as well. If I had to point out to a group of people to play this game I would tell people who are into high scores and speed running aficionados. At the same time, the price is right honestly. For 10 buckaroos it's not bad. I'm rea

Animal Crossing Pocket Camp Has Been Leaked on Android and You Can Play it Now

Just recently, Nintendo announced a new Animal Crossing game for mobile devices called Animal Crossing Pocket Camp . Thanks to PhoneArena.com they were able to snag an Austrailian copy of it and posted it in a Megalink. However, if you want to save your progress you have to change your Nintendo accounts region to Austrailia. Thanks PhoneArena. Source

Producer of Joylancer breaks silence on games development status on Twitter

For those of you who are unaware of the game Joylancer it is a indie platforming game with some very slick gaming mechanics and was released on the Early Access Steam store in November of 2014. From then on, the game has gotten some decent reviews all the way up until their last update of September of 2015 . From then on, morsels of info on the games development was only posted in the Joylancer Steam forum pages. Producer Natasha Excelsia breaks her silence on Twitter on the various factors involved that ended the game on a slow development process and some confirmations on the games future. but we are definitely making some good progress to show off by the end of this year 👀 pic.twitter.com/rX3qpZQQVE — natasha c. excelsia (@TRONMAXIMUM) October 15, 2017 Joylancer confirmed still being developed. Great news since I've really enjoyed this game. and also, how are we gonna work on Joylancer 2 until we finish Joylancer 1????? DUH — natasha c. excelsia (@TRONMAXIMU

Bruce Lee will be a playable MOBA character in Heroes Evolved

Okay, I was a bit shocked when the news of this Legendary actor and Martial Artist was going to be an official hero playable in Heroes Evolved . Why did this have to happen? Well, who the hell cares anyways, it's Bruce Lee! There's plenty of carbon copy MOBA games out there but for this MOBA Mobile game to get some licensing rights over the Bruce Lee name and making him a playable character.. That tells you something about Heroes Evolved and how popular it is. And I've been playing it for a bit and it's not a bad game. Bruce Lee should drop in the in-game store on October 18th and for 7 days the bundle will be 30% off. Bruce Lee in Heroes Evolved Heroes Evolved in the iOS app store Heroes Evolved in the Google Play Store

Slice, Dice & Rice - Review

Slice, Dice & Rice is a very simple fighting game that reminds me of those SNES games you saw at a Hollywood Video rental store and you looked at the cover and go, "This looks cool but I've never heard of it, maybe I should play it?" You go home and enjoy the eye-popping graphics but you just didn't have fun. It didn't quite exactly sucked but just wasn't blowing you out of the water either. It just wasn't a memorable experience. This is exactly what this game is. The game mechanics are simple. You have 3 attacks and a parry button. You got a vertical, horizontal, and heavy attack. No health bars. One attack and you're dead meat, sucka. First of all, the graphics look super cool and RADICAL, DUDE. I love the flashy graphics and feels very simple to the eyes. However, the gameplay felt very barebones to me and it quickly lost its flavor. Their reasons however is to casualize the fighting game flavor so that more people can access i

So I watched the Netflix version of Death Note

When I first heard about this new version of Death Note taking place in Seattle Washington I wasn't really bothered by it too much because we already have a Japanese live-action Adaptation already. I kept an open mind about it. I crossed my fingers being hopeful that just MAYBE the Americanized version can be fun and interesting while keeping things slightly different while retaining that Death Note feel. Well, I thought they delivered the mood, and Ryuk was awesome but the overall structure was forced. I am someone who read the original Manga and never watched any of the anime adaptations or anything. Read up to like 7 volumes. My first complaint is that "Light Turner" was such an American teen boy stereotype. He was another stupid whiney teenager who was dumb and resorted to cheating and paying other people to do his tests. He was a failing student and wasn't even in any sort of athletic club. He was a boring loner. The original "

Star Wars: Battlefront II will be Pay2Win Garbage

Battlefront II is going to be another pay2win shitfest. You basically earn loot crates according to your performance and you can also buy them with your own hard-earned cash. Sounds fine, right? WRONG. There's stat-boosting items in these crates that will PERMANENTLY make you stronger.. Like damage, health, ect. So I can be some rich fucking nerd, right when this game launches I'll just waste a good thousand dollars on some loot crates.. Boost myself up and completely annihilate the fucking online multiplayer. This is downright fucking stupid and casualized. I would rather have them give out just skins, emotes, and other customization options and maybe throw in some fucking BANTA SHIT, but no. They want casuals to feel like they're the masters of the fucking Universe with this garbage. This is pandering to the lowest common denominator. And please don't say, "w-well you haven't played the game yet." Well,

Fear Effect Remake INCOMING!

I woke up and saw this on Twitter. I couldn't believe my eyes. I remember drooling over these low-poly babes as a kid, and watching the teaser now, nothing has really changed. For those of you who are unaware what the Fear Effect games are it started on the original PlayStation using cel-shaded graphics and the classic "Resident Evil" style controls and takes place in a very Cyberpunk world and helms the character of Hana Tsu-Vachel who involves herself with some very dangerous gang activity. The series has received plenty of positive reviews back in the day, so I'm hoping they're able to capture the look and feel while maintaining the joy and challenges of the originals. Can't wait how this game turns up.

Nidhogg 2 Review

Well this time around they heavily improved upon the formula. And one of the most obvious notes is it improved on the graphics quite significantly. Instead of simple 8-bit graphics it seems like it reached to a more 16-bit approach, showing off even more silliness off of the game. From the first Nidhogg you didn't have much customization of your main character. You can add a bunch of silly clothing to him/her according to your taste. I hope they will add more customizations in the near future I like it quite a lot. And one of the more intriguing additions to the sequel is more weapons. Unlike the first you only had a rapier. This one has added a Broadsword, Dagger, and a new ranged weapon, bows. For singleplayer content everything is the same you have to go through 10 levels and win. But I liked knowing they added more detailed levels to keep things interesting. Now for multiplayer, you got regular matchmaking and a newly implemented ranked mode.

Orbiz Review

These based Developers located in Indonesia AnomanStudio gave me a free spankin' new Steam copy of Orbiz. Truly a blessing among souls. Thank you cuties. Muah. FUCK NO. Give me all the seizures that I can get, Orbiz. Now anyways, onto the game here. Orbiz is a game with rogue-like elements that has an optional local co-op multiplayer madness while fending off a plethora of really annoying zombies . Each level is a cutely small world filled with these zombies and it's your duty to destroy them all. Kill zombies, destroy the number amount of spawners needed to stop the zombie onslaught and enter the portal to go on to the next level. Simple? No way in fucking hell. Story goes is that 4 high school kids, and one of them named Leo gets a hold of a book called Orbiz. The curious teens check out the book and suddenly they're thrown in an oddly weird Universe filled with a shitton of zombies and planets. Bad kids. First and foremost what I like about the gam
