High Hell - Review

High Hell is a very short arcade shooter that's reminiscent of Hotline Miami in a FPS settings with a rather unique artstyle to it. Gameplay is super basic with super basic objectives. Not much of a story other than trying to kill off all the enemies and following the objective as fast as possible. Fear Effect Remake INCOMING!

I woke up and saw this on Twitter. I couldn't believe my eyes. I remember drooling over these low-poly babes as a kid, and watching the teaser now, nothing has really changed. For those of you who are unaware what the Fear Effect games are it started on the original PlayStation using cel-shaded graphics and the classic "Resident Evil" style controls and takes place in a very Cyberpunk world and helms the character of Hana Tsu-Vachel who involves herself with some very dangerous gang activity. The series has received plenty of positive reviews back in the day, so I'm hoping they're able to capture the look and feel while maintaining the joy and challenges of the originals. Can't wait how this game turns up.
